APEMO Launches A Student Movement

“Cometh the hour, cometh the man”…perfect timing for the African People’s Movement to launch its student wing – African People’s Students Movement (APESMO).
It was a significant, unprecedented moment for the student activists of APEMO to unleash a movement that seeks to mobilize and organize students in various institutions of higher learning in South Africa. The approach will be entirely different from the norm and what is now normally accepted or defined as student activism, which is confined or limited to mass protests.
APESMO’s activism will be constructed and effected differently as it prioritizes an approach that is constructive and developmental as a opposed to antagonistic measures that yield no long term solutions.
Student politics will never be the same as our activists are pioneering the reformation and empowerment of the African intelligentsia to create just and transformed institutions!
