IN PICTURES: APEMO FREEDOM DAY COMMEMORATION

The African Peoples Movement hosted a successful Freedom Day commemoration at Ward 02 of Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality. This auspicious event was attended by 3000+ people coming from different areas under uThukela District.

There was also entertainment groups which were competing for a prices to be won. The President of Apemo, VR Mlotshwa and leader of Ward 02 eMoyeni, B Mbhele, were both gifted with blankets by the local women which signifies utmost respect and admiration for them because of the work they do for the community.
