IN PICTURES: APEMO Youth Day Celebration

APEMO Youth day celebration at Ward 02 of Okhahlamba Local Municipality. The event kickstarted with a concise political education by the Deputy Secretary- General, Wrr Shabangu, just to conscientize the audience. It was then followed by a debate session with 2 teams – proposition & opposition – comprising of 5 debaters per team. The motion was ” South African law enforcement must adopt the death penalty as an appropriate sanction to capital crimes.” The event then culminated with ingoma from different groups of young people based at Okhahlamba.
